Orders & Payment

All orders placed through our website or marketplace listings are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship Pan-India through our logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and order volume.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by holidays, natural events, or logistics disruptions beyond our control.
• Brown Cherries is not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
• For orders placed via Amazon, Flipkart, or JioMart, shipping is governed by those platforms' respective policies.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

• Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days of verification.
• Opened or partially consumed products are not eligible for returns unless there is a genuine quality concern.
• Change of mind returns are not accepted for food products in accordance with food safety regulations.
• For marketplace orders, returns are subject to the respective platform's return policy.

Food Safety & Allergens

Brown Cherries instant coffee products are manufactured in facilities that may also process dairy, nuts, or other allergens. All product labels carry mandatory FSSAI-compliant ingredient declarations and allergen information.
