Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Brown Cherries, our aim is to make sure that you get fresh and timely coffee. The policy laid out below states how your order would be handled and delivered.

By placing an order with Brown Cherries, you agree to abide by the policies.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders placed before 12pm would be processed and dispatched the same day (Excluding Sundays & Public Holidays). An order confirmation would be sent to you upon successful completion of the order and dispatch notification would follow after the order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery of order typically take between 2-5 working days to reach you from the time it has been dispatched. Delivery time might be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, logistical delays or public holidays etc.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on orders over 349. Any additional shipping costs would be visible on the checkout page.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you would receive tracking details along with order confirmation via email/SMS. You could use the tracking information to track the status of your delivery at any time.

6. Delivery & Receipt

Deliveries are usually made during business hours on the day. We request someone to be available at the delivery location to receive your order.

7. Delays & Exceptions

We try our best to make sure orders are delivered on time. However, at times it may be difficult to do so due to weather, heavy traffic, holidays or certain unpredictable reasons. Brown Cherries would not be responsible for any loss incurred due to the delays.

8. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order is damaged during transit, kindly notify us within 24 hours. After our investigation, we will either send a replacement or provide a refund.

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that you have entered correct delivery address. If your address is incorrect, your order may be delayed or returned. We are not responsible for such issues caused by incorrect addresses.
